Geoengineering (3) - Quareness Series 169th "Lecture".

As announced by NASA back in May of 2017 there's “a massive, human-made ‘barrier’ surrounding Earth”. The following month the AMC-9 satellite which had been in geostationary orbit since 2003 lost contact with its Luxembourg-based SES telecommunications operator and began drifting and breaking up. The presence of a number of orb-like objects flying near the satellite was picked up on radar but the possibility that this could have been a laser space attack was not publicly discussed. Within two weeks of the incident, the then US President Trump revived the National Space Council and the US House of Representatives passed a $696 billion National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) eliminating the Defense Space Council while streamlining and strengthening Air Force Space Command. Soon thereafter (February 2019) Space Policy Directive 4 centralised all military space functions under the new Space Force overseen by the US Air Force. In this way such "anthropogenic weather" (which had been under way for decades) was finally officially admitted and publicly militarised. 

From the get go the "powers that be" recognised that their objective needed to be full spectrum dominance over the planet, its airspace, near-Earth orbit and space/atmospheric weather. Propaganda during the Cold War depended on the two-pronged "threats" of the Soviet enemy and an imminent ice age. In time they co-opted the environmental movement and began to showcase doomsday scenarios on greenhouse gases and desertification at international climate conferences and pushing for dire "solutions" like geoengineering (I.e. intentional human directed manipulation of Earth's climatic systems). And this "national security" mindset in addition to maintaining the weather as an electromagnetic force multiplier, appears also to have facilitated the inclusion of chemical and biological experimentation on populations. Could it be that in order to construct a global house of cards turning on carbons, the building blocks of life (including CO2 for sustaining plant life) have become a straw man diversion from purposeful transformation of our atmosphere and weather by ionospheric manipulation? 

At the 10th Conference of Parties to the Convention on Biological Diversity (COP10) held in Nagoya, Japan during the second half of October, 2010, a moratorium against geoengineering was issued but not subsequently ratified by the "main players". Four months later the Fukushima earthquake struck prompting media to ramp up weather confusion in the public mind through exclusively blaming cars and industrial pollutants whilst ignoring the biggest polluters e.g. the over-inflated global military-industrial-intelligence complexes. Why?

Those who have faith in the soundness of our scientific institutions will likely assume that any dissidents are marginalised for very good reasons. Believing that the peer review process is fair and open primes one for accepting that a dearth of peer-reviewed citations for any research is a damning indictment of that theory. And believing that the corpus of mainstream physics is fundamentally correct, with science progressing closer and closer to the truth, may make us highly sceptical of any major departure from standard theories. Despite such tendencies it's interesting to note that in recent times a growing number of insider critics have been exposing serious flaws in the ways scientific research is funded and published, leading more of us to wonder whether "science is broken". As the Nobel Laureate South African biologist Sydney Brenner pointed out..."I think peer review is hindering science. In fact, I think it has become a completely corrupt system. It’s corrupt in many ways, in that scientists and academics have handed over to the editors of these journals the ability to make judgment on science and scientists. There are universities in America, and I’ve heard from many committees, that won’t consider people’s publications in low impact factor journals...it puts the judgment in the hands of people who really have no reason to exercise judgment at all. And that’s all been done in the aid of commerce, because they are now giant organizations making money out of it." As long as publishing in high impact factor journals is a requirement for researchers to obtain positions, research funding and recognition from peers, the small number of major commercial publishers will likely maintain their hold on the academic publishing system.

The globalist agenda was further pushed forward at two other "get togethers"...United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP21) in Paris during early December 2015 and the Sustainable Development Summit in New York a month before which focused on Agenda21/2030 and involved proposals to hand over substantial new tax and regulatory powers to the UN with the stated aims of tackling poverty, inequality and climate change. Following these two conferences we got a brief glimpse behind the propaganda curtain when the Dutch Defence Joint Meteorological Group (JMG) announced it would provide “weather forecasts for every exercise or deployment of [NATO’s] Very High Readiness Joint Task Force (VJTF)” - planned and engineered weather? It may have been exactly this aspect of military weather control by the few which prompted the attempt by developing nations at the 2011 COP17 in Durban, South Africa to include an International Tribunal of Climate Justice provision...a provision which had vanished by COP21.

It's now arguable that COP21 and its Accord may have been basically geared at using environment and weather catastrophies to tweak public fear and generate cash flow, particularly if one regards geoengineering as about controlling and terraforming our planet for a technocratic Space Age, rather than about preserving the Earth. Take for example the "problem" of removing CO2 from the atmosphere "using an infrastructure we don't have and with technology that won't work on the scale we need, and finally to store it in places we can't find"...making it easy to suspect that the carbon solution is mostly a slick way to rake in disaster capitalist cash via energy infrastructure investments, green bond and carbon trading markets, and the climate finance industry. In any event it's as well to keep in mind that "philanthrocapitalism" has not been particularly well known for keeping its treaties or promises.

Methinks public suspicion is growing that many (most?) of our institutions, agencies, courts, laboratories and universities increasingly tend to obey the very powers that milk public assets dry. Consider the degree of "watering down" in recent times of worker and food safety, bill of rights, anti-trust legislation and environmental protections as the forces of a new technocratic feudalism get to push hard for a weaponised Space Age in which neuroscience and transhumanism will guarantee the electromagnetic acquiescence of the masses.

Attributing extreme weather to God or nature or carbons is getting harder to sustain as the propaganda hiding the militarised Space Age is uncovered. Unusual increases in the frequency of hurricanes, tornadoes, earthquakes, floods and droughts can get to looking suspicious when our skies grow more permanently cloudy/hazy blotting out the sun...all potentially leading to more population displacement/removal and bargain basement real estate deals as well as lucrative insurance company lawsuits against devastated communities for their failure to prepare for "climate change". Geoengineering paving a path of gold for disaster capitalists?

Another aspect to keep in mind here is the existence now of the SSS (Space Surveillance System) Space Fence, a global surveillance and containment infrastructure whose many parts above and below the firmament such as ionospheric heaters, radar and laser installations, next generation weather radars (NexRad), cell and ground wave emergency network (GWEN) towers, power lines, fiber optics cable, fracking wells, wind farms, internet of things (IOT), satellites, etc. are mostly run by giant military contractors such as Lockheed Martin and Raytheon. And this Space Fence is providing space situational awareness (SSA) not just of near Earth space debris, satellites and space weather, but of the entire planet inside and out...down to its molten plasma core and biosphere DNA.

Given such phalanxes of power and persuasion arrayed against both our human and planetary true health, it's little wonder that chemical giants such as Dow, Monsanto, Bayer and other big pharma corporations are colluding with the military contractors and the medical industry in a full spectrum alliance "to protect human health", "to level the playing field", "for a sustainable future", etc. More like a "free-range totalitarianism" on-line 24/7? 

Being inundated by nanoparticles of chemicals, conductive metals (aluminum, barium, strontium, titanium, lithium, etc.), polymers, sensors, microprocessors, fungi, genetically engineered pathogens, we're becoming test tubes for a synergy of manifold environmental pollutants being zapped by ionized and non-ionized radiation. And we absorb this nano onslaught with every breath, bite and electronic pulse under a Space Fence infrastructure set to impact not only our immune systems and genetics, thoughts and emotions, but even what it is to be human when remotely manipulated by AI algorithms.

Not only is the impact of nanoparticles on the biosphere as yet unknown, but the end result of the synergy they create inside and outside our bodies (due to the radio waves and microwave matrix we are all now enmeshed in) is also unknown. It would appear that the driving intent behind this AI run infrastructure is to change forever the human being and life on this Earth as we have known it for millennia. And this increasingly looks like what geoengineering has really been about since its inception decades ago i.e. to control the ionosphere with phased array heater blasts so as to maintain an ionized atmosphere in which chemicals, nanotechnology and synthetic biology synergies can be continuously generated in the name of "climate change". Fruits of decades of "quiet" preparation for the software phase of the brain-computer interface aka Transhumanism?
