Energy Reset - Quareness Series 164th "Lecture".

Could it be that a high degree of monopoly on energy production is seen as an absolute de facto requirement on the part of those in the highest power positions? And is this why most, if not all, currently available methods of generating energy for our modern needs are destructive? It's clear that all such mass scale methods involve abuses of nature and/or human health (e.g. air pollution, landfills, noisy wind turbines, nuclear accidents/waste disposal, oil leaks, teflon-laced solar panels) but so-called corporate environmentalism marches on increasingly

cloaked in its "green sustainable energy" mantra. It's also clear that the energy industry, because of its crucial significance to every other industry and accompanying tremendous profit potential, tends to attract those who are among the most unscrupulous, opportunistic and ruthless operators.

The power holders are now seemingly set on attempting a major restructuring of the world's economy and energy industry. Indeed a restructuring of most of us humans is also likely on their agenda given the declared ambition of the World Economic Forum (WEF) to redesign core planetary and cellular processes and replace everything natural with everything synthetic. Under the guise of "learning to manage the earth" e.g. through novel methods of energy production, it seems that the core general principle of turning life into profits remains intact for them. Notice how the very same parties who've owned and messed up the energy industry in the "old normal" are now pushing for "green sustainable development" and "fighting climate change". Underneath the rhetoric, we may detect that they really just want to retain and indeed strengthen their ownership of the industry under the "new normal" as they try to cynically create new markets...even out of thin air!

Perhaps the state of the energy industry is a direct reflection of our existential condition as a species? This may be what we have to address if we want to find methods of energy production that are not particularly destructive and to escape depending on the industry czars to feed us. Finding solutions that are not destructive may well boil down to our deciding en masse to honour life's mystery in a spirit of awe and non-martyrdom humility. Such will not be easy given an industry overwhelmingly driven by control...and any way to make a lot of energy without funneling it through a mega "monopoly" is likely to be swiftly shut down. Our essential reality is that energy gives rise to everything and whoever controls its production in effect controls the world.

In this context it's quite sobering to realise that going to war can be a favoured means to an end for these power elites through providing economic stimulus and social change that can then be used to consolidate and centralise control. Nearly every significant conflict ends in a negotiated peace conference (as we know from history) and every such negotiation establishes further centralisation of power within larger regional or intergovernmental bodies thereby consistently eroding local sovereignty and consolidating power. Currently we're witnessing what is (at least in part) a resource war happening in Ukraine which threatens to severely impact existing global supply chains and force a seeking of new sources closer to the point of demand. And when the dust settles we may still have globalisation but under a rather different framework...indeed many (most?) nations could soon be scrambling to secure their own needs arising from a suddenly choked-off supply of crucial goods and energy that have been outsourced and offshored for decades. As well as being a major provider of raw energy sources, that part of our world currently located in Russia, Belarus and Ukraine is responsible for more than a quarter of global wheat exports, nearly half of global exports of potash (= critical nutrient in fertilisers) and more than a fifth of the ammonia exports used in global agriculture. And when we consider that our most heavily populated country China dominates global production of many essential minerals, a new "needs driven" refashioned globalisation could see us facing into escalating resource wars.

At this point we might also consider whether the current ideology of the environmental movement is doomed to failure, given the claims that we can all "go green" essentially without forgoing our standard of living. To make all road transport vehicles electric by 2050 in just one large country using the most resource-frugal next-generation batteries...say in the case of the United Kingdom...would require annual importation of twice the total yearly cobalt currently

produced worldwide in addition to nearly all of the neodymium produced globally and three quarters of the world's lithium. And the same goes for "green" energy which is not really "clean" with solar, wind and even hydro power equipment all requiring natural gas, oil and minerals...

meaning we'd still have need of the same massive mines, oil and gas extraction. The question of safe disposal is also a massive issue considering the toxic nature of some of the "green" equipment once it reaches the end of its useful lifespan. Wind turbines, for example, are deemed “hazardous waste” and cannot be easily disposed of or recycled thanks to the toxicity of the carbon and glass-fiber used in their construction. Each blade can weigh up to fifteen tons, and as of yet, no one has figured out how to safely dispose of them. All in all it seems that our current notions of how to transition to "green energy" are not set to achieve very much in terms of environmental protection.

Back in October 2020 Augustin Carstens general manager of the Bank of International Settlements (based in Basel, Switzerland and serving as "a bank for central banks" with a mission to foster international monetary and financial cooperation) explained - "We intend to establish the equivalence with cash and there is a huge difference there. For example, in cash we don’t know who is using a $100 bill today … the key difference with the CBDC (central bank digital currency) is that the central bank will have absolute control on the rules and regulations that will determine the use regarding that expression of central bank liability and also we will have the technology to enforce that.” Given the well coordinated major economic and political events over the past two years in dealing with the covid pandemic, it's not difficult to suspect here a geopolitical agenda which includes a push toward a world wide digital currency under centralised control which would have full insight into every single financial transaction. With the ability to program the currency so that it could only be used to purchase certain approved things and not others, we'd be looking at total control over the spending of the whole global population.

Per the British political science academic Piers Robinson in March 2022 - https://www.pandata.org/cock-up-or-conspiracy/ -

“These political and economic agendas have major potential consequences for our societies and, arguably, lead to a profound, and highly problematic, concentration of power and curtailment of democracy ... One legitimate fear is that we are witnessing a drive toward a Chinese-style social credit system, in which the integration of personal data and money through digital ID allows assets to be stripped by authorities and, more broadly, unprecedented levels of control over the lives of people ... It is clear and empirically demonstrable that populations have been subjected to coercive and aggressive attempts to limit their autonomy, including restrictions on movement, right to protest, freedom to work and freedom to participate in society. Most notably, increasing numbers of people have been required to take an injection at regular intervals in order to allow their participation in society ... These developments have been accompanied by often openly aggressive and discriminatory statements from major political leaders with respect to people resisting the injections. The threat to civil liberties and ‘democracy as usual’ has been, arguably, unprecedented.”

With the multitude of civil liberties problems that have come to the fore during the pandemic, Dr. Robinson has gone on to speculate if "...war fever might also serve as a new distraction from the underlying political and economic agendas that some analysts have been warning us about. Indeed, war in the Ukraine has significant potential to serve as a new enabling event facilitating the drive toward restrictions on liberties and the roll-out of agendas that, for example, the WEF has been waxing lyrical about for two years. A distracted and war-terrified public will be easy to manipulate whilst policies such as digital ID, mandated injections and Central Bank Digital Currencies are ushered in. Indeed, the current drive toward expanding the powers of the World Health Organization (WHO) is a clear example of the dangers of further centralisation of power: Under the guise of pandemic preparedness, the objective is to allow the WHO to force states to implement the kinds of restrictive measures we have seen over the last two years ... The possibility of a global bio-security regime, that radically disempowers local and community-level autonomy, should be of serious concern to all of us. We simply cannot afford to continue tumbling from one highly propagandised crisis to the next and allowing our emotions to be harnessed by those who wield political and economic power ... Now is the time for calm and rational assessments of the events we are living through and, more than ever, determined engagement with widening public understanding of the agendas that many now believe to have been underlying COVID-19. This includes the need to interrogate the propaganda and manipulation populations have been subjected to over the last two years and the increasingly discredited policy responses involving lockdowns and mass injections. Even more importantly, critical examination and awareness of the concentration of power and loss of democracy inherent in developments such as digital ID and CBDC digital currencies, and their interconnection with political visions regarding 4IR (Fourth Industrial Revolution) and digitised society, is more vital than ever. It is these processes that present the most serious and substantive threat to people, potentially ushering in an era of what some describe as global totalitarianism ... More than ever before, we must have the confidence to challenge those in positions of political and economic power. We are, without doubt, at a pivotal moment in our histories. People must stay focused on the big picture.”

It seems that the global countermeasures implemented in response to the pandemic, the massive wealth transfer upwards to the already super rich and economic destabilisation for "the little guy", the Russia-Ukraine conflict, programmable CBDCs, increasing big power "virtue signalling" in the "sustainable energy" field, and NWO (New World Order) style planning for global control might all be interconnected. Rather than simply separate and unrelated events, is what we're seeing here all part of a coordinated effort to herd the global population in a specific, predetermined direction? If so perhaps our best chance for resisting may lie with a majority of us waking up to the danger and simply saying no...after all, who really wants to "own nothing" and have every moment of our day and night surveilled in every way possible from our correspondence and geolocation to our innermost thoughts and biological functions.
